All orders will typically be processed in 3-7 business days upon receipt; however, due to Covid-19, order processing time may vary from 7-10 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and shipping time. Please note that our company is adhering to health regulations in order to remain in compliance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC). In light of the pandemic, we will strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner and will notify our customers via our website when our processing time may exceed our typical processing time.

 

We take this opportunity to continue to remind our customers that all our skin care products are handcrafted in small batches and not pre-made stock items.

 

Please be mindful that all orders placed on Friday after 12:00 noon CST or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. During national holidays, all orders placed will require an additional 5-10 business days to process.

 

All orders processed and ready for shipment and in possession of the postal service, will receive an email confirmation containing shipment tracking information.

 

Note: We will strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner; however, there may be times when there may be delays or postal services issues. We will not be held responsible for any packages lost or stolen once they have been delivered by the postal services.


We ship internationally; however, please be advised that when placing an order, all international shipping fees are based on weight. Please note that shipping times may vary, between 7-31 days, based on weight of order and preferred shipping method. In addition, please be aware that upon arrival of order, depending on your country’s import tax, you will be responsible for any custom fees which may apply.

 

When placing your orders:

 

Once orders are submitted, we cannot process any order changes and/or cancellations. Please note that we process all orders in a timely manner so that they are received by the customer in a timely manner.

 

Please ensure the information entered on your order is correct since information cannot be altered or modified once order has been submitted. In the event your package is returned to us, we will require a fee to re-ship your order. Also, note that a refund will not be issued if your package is returned to us.

 

Returns and exchanges, due to perishable ingredients and concern for sanitary issues, are not accepted under any circumstance.  All sales are final.

We stand behind all our orders, so please inform us if you receive a damaged package or contents or experiencing difficulty with an order. Please email us with your order issue, order number, customer name and  photo or package/content.

 

We ask that you allow us to resolve any issues with an item or an order. All issues must be received within 3 days from the date of delivery so that it can be addressed. We will not validate any inquires related to order/product issues that are outside the 3 day time frame.

 

Upon receipt of your order shipment confirmation, please be aware that all packages delivered within the United States will require a signature confirmation upon the postal carrier’s delivery. This ensures that your package arrives safely.
